Feedback Straps are MADE TO ORDER

with a CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME of : 3 to 5 business days. This time is in addition to your chosen shipping option.


Refunds / Exchanges


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, qualified undamaged/unused item(s) may be returned for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping price) within 30 days of purchase. If you were given FREE SHIPPING with your purchase, a fee of $5 per item will be deducted from your return, or charged for an exchange.


Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance because a refund or exchange can only be issued if items are received in the same condition they were sent out, and within the 30 day time limit.


No returns on custom orders, including custom lengths

and leather stamped items.




US domestic shipping is through USPS First Class Mail and takes an estimated 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail and take an estimated 8-20 business days. Priority Mail upgrades are available for domestic and international shipping.

Cost of shipping includes tracking within the US. International tracking is only available until the point where the package leaves the United States.

SHIPPING TO MEXICO : Unfortunately, we can no longer accept orders being shipped to Mexico. Any orders placed with shipment to Mexico will be cancelled and payment will be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience!

If a package is damaged, or contents are missing upon arrival, buyer must supply adequate pictures of the damaged package and an insurance claim will be made, before any replacement goods will be sent out.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS :: Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the responsibility of the buyer. International buyers should research your country's import laws and be informed of the possibility of fees upon arrival. Some countries will even require you to pick up your package from the local post office to pay this fee.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your package to avoid these import taxes, the item will be considered REFUSED. Once it has been delivered back to us in its original form, a refund will be given for the purchase price of the item, minus original shipping costs.

Items can only be shipped to the provided shipping address. Please double check that you have provided the correct and current shipping address upon purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped and delivered to the provided address if it is mistakenly not a correct or current address. No refunds will be offered for items shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
